In System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options (Advanced), select TROUBLETICKET HELPDESK from the Section drop-down list. Next, select the Allow "CCTo..." Field in Trouble Ticket Help Desk Request check box.
Now, employees have the option to when raising a Help Desk ticket in ESS.

Employees can now enjoy connecting with peers and managers through social feed on ESS. To enable this option, go to System > User Administration > > Employee. Select Feeds - Home Page from the Tabs category. As an employee, you can now view the Feeds tab in the Home page of your employee login. Post a message and view replies and likes. As of now, you can message all company. We will soon help you select a smaller group. Click to refresh the page.
The same feature is available for Administrator of . Select Feeds - Admin Home Page for admin user.
ESSEmpDirEmployee Directory in the ESS Home page
Employees can now view a directory of current and past employees of the organization in ESS. To enable this option, go to System > User Administration > > Employee. Select Employee Directory - Home Page from the EmpInfo Items category. As an employee, you can now view the Directory tab in the Home page of your employee login.You can view details of self or colleague based on updates made in . You can also search on employee name.
