This page displays complete salary details of a single employee in . You can also have your own components as part of your pay structure. To do so, contact us. The user interactions on this page are:
Select an employee in Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Salary.
OR Click Actions > Payroll > Update Payroll Data.
Click or to view all components or collapse back to the default view of salient components. You can also use similar icons in the salary table to expand or collapse one component at a time.

Apart from editing Loan, Income Tax and Reimbursement from this page, you can also edit them by clicking the Loan, Income Tax and Reimbursement options that appear under the Payroll Inputs menu. However, the functionality of these pages remain unchanged. Refer the steps listed below, to know more about the procedure involved in editing these components.
In the salary table, click to edit a salary component such as Medical Reimbursement.
You can edit only those components that are not dependent on other components. For an existing Loan, only interest rate can be edited. Income Tax is computed automatically. You can view the PF arrears when you expand TOTAL DEDUCTIONS. The arrears also reflect in the employee's YTD Summary in the Employee Portal. For previous employer's Income Tax, The Raw Tax, Surcharge, and Cess are now computed automatically once you fill Income Tax details. To do so, edit the Income Tax component in the current salary and enter details in the Income From Previous Employer tab. You can also view the Taxable Income and its round off to the next Ten Rupees if you select the required .
In the Medical Reimbursement page, click Add to add relevant details as follows:
Click the Entitlements tab to view the corresponding entitlement.
The value for the Modified Date column and the success message upon saving display only the first time you save.
Click to return to the salary table.
Perform steps as in .
Click to ensure your edits reflect immediately in the salary table.
All changes need to be processed so as to reflect in the employee's salary. Note that the Legend below the salary table updates automatically as per your changes. indicates that the value is present and that it is yet to be included.
