helps you access all letters created and published to employees from this single menu.
You can perform the following actions on a letter available in the table:
Display selected letter in the Letters table of the employee.
Remove selected letter from the Letters table of the employee.
Delete a selected letter. The letter deletes from the employee's login as well.
It is recommended to store copies of the letters on the hard disk and also inform the concerned employee before deletion.
