The Team On Leave page shows you a dashboard to track the leaves of your team. You can see the information about the types of leaves consumed by your teammates, the number of leaves consumed etc. With Team On Leave page, a manager can view the team's leave summary and managers can check the teams' leave plans before approving any leave request.

You can perform the following actions on the Team On Leave page:

  1. View Leave activities of your team
    1. In Calendar View
    2. In Tabular View
    3. Using Employee Filter

  2. Apply FIlter for viewing the Leave Transactions

To navigate to Team On Leave page, click Leave > Team On Leave.

Viewing Leave Activities of Your Team

You can see the Team On Leave page in Calendar view as well as a Tabular view.

Calendar View

You can view the total stats of leave in an information-rich graph view that provides the total number of leaves, different kinds of leave types, and the total number of leaves in each category of leave type.

In the Team on Leave page, to view details in Calendar view, click  icon to view the summary of your teams' leave activities in a view. 

Perform the following steps to view your teams' leave activities: 

  1. Select Duration from the drop-down list. You can choose the required duration for which leave activities will be retrieved. By default, This Week will be selected in the Duration drop-down list.  

    • From the Duration drop-down list, select This Year to view the leave activities for this calendar year. 
    • From the Duration drop-down list, select This Leave Year to view the leave activities for this leave calendar year.  
  2. Select Type of information from the drop-down list.
  3. Team On Leave page displays the data of your teams' leave activities based on your Duration and Type selection.
  4.  To view the breakdown of leave activities, hover over any bar to see the breakdown. 

  5.  You can also view the breakdown of leave activities by clicking on any bar. Click the required bar and the respective information will be displayed on the right-hand side. The breakdown of leave activities displays information with respect to leave type.  

  6. Click  icon to download your leave activities. 

Tabular View

In the Team on Leave page, to view details in Tabular view, click  icon to view the summary of your teams' leave activities in a tabular view.

To view your teams' leave activities, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Duration from the drop-down list. You can choose the required duration for which leave activities will be retrieved. 

    • From the Duration drop-down list, select This Year to view the leave activities for this calendar year. 
    • From the Duration drop-down list, select This Leave Year to view the leave activities for this leave calendar year.  
  2. Select the required Type of information from the drop-down list.
  3. Team On Leave page displays the tabular details of your teams' leave activities based on your Duration and Type selection.

    You can also click  icon to download your leave activities. 


Viewing your Team Leave Activities through Employee Filter

The tabular view allows you to view leave activities of a teammate through Employee filter. This filter allows you to view the leave details of any teammate working in your team. 

To view the teammate leave activities through Employee filter, perform the following actions:

  1. Select Duration from the drop-down list. You can choose the required duration for which leave activities will be retrieved. 
  2. Select the required Type of information from the drop-down list.
  3. In  search box, enter any employee name. Select the required employee from the search results.
  4. Team On Leave page displays the leave activities for your selected employee.

How to Apply FIlter for Viewing the Leave Transactions

You can apply the filter(s) based on the available categories for viewing your teams' leave activities. Perform the following actions to apply the filter:

  1. Click  icon. Apply Filter side bar opens.
  2. Go to any category from the available categories and click the drop-down list.
  3. A list of category options displays. Select the required check box (es) to view the leave details of the selected options.
    You can also search for the required category option. Enter any keyword in Search textbox and select the checkbox of the required category from the search results.
  4. Click Apply to apply the category filter.
  5. Team On Leave page displays the leave activities for your applied category.
