Salary Revision Analytics is used to determine the median or average compensation paid to employees. Compensation data, collected from several employees, is analyzed to develop an understanding of the amount of compensation paid. This data may include quantifiable aspects of compensation such as CTC, Work Experience, or Last Revision. This page is a quick view of which employees have not had a salary revision in the last 1 to 30 months.

greytHR gives an insight to the employers on the revision periods, which are the longest periods and the median period. You can also determine the list of employees whose salary was not revised for a given period.

The slider control helps view salary revision for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 30 months.

  1. Go to Payroll > Info > Salary Revision Analytics.
    The Salary Revision Analytics page.
  2. Set the slider control to desired period such as 12 months.

    As you move the slider control (1), you can observe the period change above it (2). Corresponding values display, if available, in the table below the slider control and statistics on revison period automatically update in the table to the right of the slider control.

  3. Click The Got button. to verify if there are values for revisions done in the selected period.

    You need to again set the slider to desired period such as 12 months. Click The Not button. to reset the page.

  4. Click The Export Excel button. if you want to download the details in a spreadsheet.
