greytHR provides system-given groups and also the option to create your own. Groups help implement a series of steps in one quick stroke.

  1. Click Payroll > Setup > Pay Item Group.
    The Pay Item Group menu.
  2. Click The Create Group button. to create your own group.

    Click any of the groups to view their components.

  3. In the Pay Item Add/Edit page, enter details as follows:

  4. Click The Save button..
  5. A success message displays.
    The create new group success message.
  6. The new group displays in the list of Pay Item Groups.
    New Pay Item Group displays in the list of groups.
