In this page, greytHR helps maintain the register of employees who did overtime. The register is mandatory as per statutory compliance of some States.

  1. Go to Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Overtime Register.

    To display the OvertimeRegister page, select it from System Settings > User Administration > User Roles > Payroll Config.

  2. Click Add Overtime to add overtime details as follows:

    Total Production is the actual effort relevant to the overtime. Overtime Earning is calculated automatically.

  3. Save your changes for the values to reflect in the Overtime Register page.
