greytHR helps to process Help Desk tickets, which are a frequent and time-dependent feature used by employees.

  1. Click Workflow > Monitor > Help Desk.
  2. Select employee or click a Help Desk ticket to view its basic details.
  3. Click to view further details.

    Click the Help Desk ticket again to close and come back to the main page. An employee can also withdraw a ticket or copy manager on it. Multiple email IDs can be put in cc and can include external mail IDs too.
