greytHR helps you access all letters created and published to employees from this single menu.

  1. Go to Employee > Admin > Generate Letter.
  2. The prepared letters list in a table.
  3. You can perform the following actions on a letter available in the table:

    The Download icon
    DownloadDownload or open a selected letter.
    The Publish icon
    Publish

    Display selected letter in the Letters table of the employee.

      1. As an Administrator, click the icon to publish, and click again in the dialog box to confirm your action.

      2. greytHR displays a message confirming the publication.
      3. In Employee Portal, the employee views the document in Documents > Letter as follows:

    Un-publish

    Remove selected letter from the Letters table of the employee.

      1. As an Administrator, click the icon to un-publish, and click again in the dialog box to confirm your action.

      2. greytHR displays a message confirming the removal of the document.
      3. This letter is now unavailable in Documents > Letter of Employee Portal.
    The Edit icon
    EditInvoke the Generate Letter wizard and select mode of publishing the letter to the employee. All other fields are non-editable.
    The Recycle Bin icon
    Delete

    Delete a selected letter. The letter deletes from the employee's login as well.

    It is recommended to store copies of the letters on the hard disk and also inform the concerned employee before deletion.

  4. To filter on a criterion, choose from one or more filters above the table.
