greytHR helps you access all letters created and published to employees from this single menu.
- Go to Employee > Admin > Generate Letter.
- The prepared letters list in a table.
You can perform the following actions on a letter available in the table:
Icon Action Description Download Download or open a selected letter. Publish Display selected letter in the Letters table of the employee.
- As an Administrator, click the icon to publish, and click again in the dialog box to confirm your action.
- greytHR displays a message confirming the publication.
- In Employee Portal, the employee views the document in Documents > Letter as follows:
- As an Administrator, click the icon to publish, and click again in the dialog box to confirm your action.
Un-publish Remove selected letter from the Letters table of the employee.
- As an Administrator, click the icon to un-publish, and click again in the dialog box to confirm your action.
- greytHR displays a message confirming the removal of the document.
- This letter is now unavailable in Documents > Letter of Employee Portal.
- As an Administrator, click the icon to un-publish, and click again in the dialog box to confirm your action.
Edit Invoke the Generate Letter wizard and select mode of publishing the letter to the employee. All other fields are non-editable. Delete Delete a selected letter. The letter deletes from the employee's login as well.
It is recommended to store copies of the letters on the hard disk and also inform the concerned employee before deletion.
- To filter on a criterion, choose from one or more filters above the table.
