The Home page, is the first page you see when you login to the Employee Portal (ESS) which facilitates navigation to other pages. This page contains tabs like Feeds, Attendance, Salary, Directory and Leave that are used for various activities. The My Info drop down in the menu bar, allows you to access your payslips, reimbursement details, attendance info, bulletin board, YTD summary and so on. The Actions drop down in the menu bar, allows you to apply, review and track your leaves, attendance regularization and so on.
The Feeds tab, is a place for all the social networking with your colleagues within the organization. You can view birthdays, company news, work anniversaries and so on. You can also post useful content, comment on other posts, appreciate your colleagues and also post things that you want to buy/ sell/ rent.
The sections in the top right corner of the screen, display the following:
- Track— displays your pending approvals for leave, attendance regularization and help desk tickets.
- My Info— displays your reporting to details, designation and location.
- Quick Links— displays the links that you mark as favorites.
You can either leave the sections open or close them usingicon.

The Salary tab, is where you find the summary of your payslips, monthly and annual earnings, deductions, loan details (if any), income tax and annual PF savings details. You can click on their respective view buttons for more details of that section.

The Leave tab, displays your leave balance, upcoming holidays and the recent leave transactions. Clicking on the View Leave Summary will take you to the Leave Balance Summary page. This page displays your leaves, holiday list and leave calendar by clicking on their respective tabs.

The Attendance tab, gives you a quick summary on the recent swipes, monthly summary, absent days and also provides an option to mark your attendance. Click the View More button, under the Monthly Summary section, for further details about your attendance.

The Directory tab, lists out all the employees in the organization, in an alphabetical order. It displays information like the employee's picture (if available), name, ID number, reporting manager, joining date, designation and so on.
